we started out to repair some water damage and ended up with a completely new and modern bathroom. this is a great family run business. always reliable, Warren is so knowledgeable and and has a great eye for design. we hired a plumber and got so much more. i would recommend this company and would definitely use the Drain Surgeon again!

Brett from Evergreen plumbing is the best plumber in the lower mainland hands down ! He was recommended by a mutual friend and I could not be happy with the work that he did. The plumbing to convert my unfinished basement into suite was without a doubt the most difficult and complex part of the renovation. Brett came in and did amazing work, he’s loves what he does and it shows. He’s also the kind of guy you are fine with leaving in your house all day and when you come home the job is done!

I just left my second meeting with Vinnie from Clearly Plumbing in Vancouver. Even though it has turned out that the project is not possible, Vinnie and his partner Roger were willing to share their experience and expertise by offering other possible solutions. I've called Water Heater Rescue twice over the past year- one time to fix my garbage disposal, and the second time was to repair my water heater. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and coached me on how to reset my garburator. I highly recommend their services as they are friendly and fast!

This company did excellent work. I had RJM come in to install a new gas hot water tank for me. Rob did a great job, fast, very knowledgeable, and excellent quality, and on time (actually 10 minutes early). He even used a level to make sure the copper pipes were nice and neat and didn't leave any garbage behind. The water tank has been working great for over a year now and I'm totally satisfied. The reason I got RJM to do the work was because someone else recommended him. As for the other reviewer Jay, he may be talking about another company because Rob works alone. As for not returning calls, totally opposite to my experience. I would highly recommend RJM Mechanical to anyone.

Nick from Fixit repaired our hot water tank in an emergency service on a long weekend for a reasonable price, when all other companies we called were either too busy or had extortionate rates. He is courteous, works hard, and keeps you informed of the process until it is complete.
