There is no better place for a child to learn how to swim. My son started at 11 months old and now has his lifeguard badge. The team are phenomenal with all children. My son was very challenging when he started there but they never gave up. They worked with him until he learned to love the water. We moved to the Brock Road pool and the same can be said for that location. Bonnie, Chris and the team are beyond fantastic.

Classes at Floboxing are a mix of bootcamp and boxing. Kim always changes the classes so that you never have the same workout twice. I am 60 years old and have a bad shoulder and there is always modifications and Kim keeps a close watch on you.
Kim is tough but a very gentle soul. I would recommend Floboxing to anyone. Give a class a try, you will not be disappointed.

This club cares...you are not a number..your health matters and everyone from the owner to the trainers care and they show it. For a family atmosphere you need to go to Anytime Fitness in Ajax.
